At The Beauty Hill, we ship exclusively with UPS to ensure secure and reliable delivery of your wigs and bundles.​

Processing Time

• Ready-to-ship wigs and bundles: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom or made-to-order wigs: 7–14 business days for production before shipping.  ​

• Delivery times are estimates provided by UPS and may be affected by weather, holidays, or customs delays.

Signature Confirmation

• For your protection, all orders require a signature upon delivery. This ensures your package is received safely and securely.​

​Tracking Your Order​

​​

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email to monitor your package.​

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages​

• Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses. Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs.

​Lost or Stolen Packages​

​

• Once UPS marks a package as “Delivered,” The Beauty Hill is not liable for lost or stolen items. If this occurs, please contact UPS directly to file a claim.

International Orders

​

• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
