Return/Refund Policy
1. Returns
Due to hygiene and health reasons, all wigs, are final sale once opened, worn, or altered (including cutting lace, applying products, coloring, or styling).

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returned within 48hrs of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale and clearance items.

Opened or used hair products.

Wig installs, styling services, and custom orders.
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Please note: If payment was made via PayPal or other payment processors that keep transaction fees, their non-refundable fee will be deducted from your refund.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as processing may have begun.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
